What do you love about working for TotalMed?

I love that every day is a challenge. No two days are ever the same. We get to connect with travelers from all over the US, who all have a different story and different perspective. Building relationships has always been a strong quality of mine, and I get to do that everyday.

What do you love most about being a travel healthcare recruiter?

Being a Hawaii specific recruiter is exciting because for a lot of people, Hawaii is a bucket list destination. Getting to send travelers to Hawaii allows me to live vicariously. Getting pictures and hearing about their experiences is what it is truly all about!

What is your top tip for travel caregivers?

Always keep your licenses, certifications, and references up to date and easily accessible—quick responsiveness can be the difference between landing a top assignment or missing it.
