Jake is the best recruiter I have ever worked with! He understands what we want out of traveling, he’s always responsive and available to help (even when I text way too late because night shift), and he truly cares about each of his nurses! I have referred probably 10 nurses to Jake over my time with him because I know he’s THAT good. Especially during COVID, he has handled this year so well when everything was very uncertain in the travel nursing world. He did his best, calmed our fears, and got us jobs! It’s hard to even know where to start because Jake is just such a wonderful person and recruiter. Any fears or doubts I had when I first started my travel journey, he was there to walk me through and ease my anxieties. He is always easy to reach and really just cares about his nurses’ success.
