My experience with Tom has been great, best experience I’ve had with any recruiter. Each time I reached out to Tom with questions or concerns he responded in a timely manner. Recently I reached out to Tom about not receiving my pay, he responded quickly, he did everything on his end to find out the reason why. The issue was with my bank and not with Totalmed. Tom reaches out to me from time to time to see how everything is going at my job. I work at a place where a lot of my coworkers are from other agencies, they are surprised how I’m able to reach out to my recruiter with questions or concerns and how fast he responds. They wish they had a recruiter like Tom. I’ve been with Totalmed over a year now, and it’s been a great experience. Tom deserve more than 5 stars.
