TotalMed has immediate opening for a remote Pharmacy Technician in California.
Pays $23.10 Hourly
- Answer prior authorization inquiry calls or/and faxes
- Research and resolve formulary and benefit issues
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Handles inbound phone requests
- Gathers member data to provide information for Pharmacist consultations
- 8 hour shift, shift availability from 5am – 12am
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- National certification as either of the following:
- ExCPT – Pharmacy Technician Certification with National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
- Pharmacy Technicians Certification Board (PTCB)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must have their own home internet access/VPN (internet can be hard wired with Ethernet cord)
- Candidate must also have a secure workspace/office in their home
- Candidate must have level skill with working with PC
- Excellent Attendance is a must
