Justin Tomlin recently joined the TotalMed executive team as Chief Strategy Officer.  He has enjoyed 20+ years of executive experience in the healthcare staffing industry and has been named to SIA’s Top 40 under 40 as well as HRO Today’s Superstar for Talent Acquisition.

Justin is a passionate leader and is energized by partnering with customers to improve their business.  To do that, he believes in building a dynamic team and culture to support the client’s business.  He is a strong believer on putting team first and when that’s done right, the team will take care of the client.  Justin and his teams have found success in this approach, building creative and strategic solutions for some of the largest health systems in the nation.

Justin lives in sunny San Diego with Jenny, his wife of over 18 years, and two sons Brayden and Carter.  His family always comes first – they enjoy traveling around Europe, giving back to the community, attending Padres games, and collecting baseball cards (while mom reads).
