POSITION OVERVIEW

Earn $180,000-$240,000 Salary as a Director of Clinical Operations (Remote).

TotalMed has immediate nationwide openings for Director of Clinical Operations - BioPharma.  The Director will be primarily responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and quality of clinic services.

 ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership, therapeutic expertise, and guidance on clinical operations activities to ensure quality, resource, budget, and timeline goals are met
• Accountable for program oversight including identification and mitigation of risks to study implementation, enrollment, quality oversight and study completion
• Member of core team(s) providing strategic direction to study teams to meet corporate goals and timeline; able to influence Clinical Development Plans
• Collaborate with the project teams on developing the clinical operational strategy and accomplishing high-quality data deliverables
• Extensive experience in evaluating and managing CROs/vendors with ability to provide operational oversight; may serve as program representative for vendor oversight and governance meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 6+ years of Clinical Operations management
• 4+ years of Sponsor and/or CRO experience
• Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience
• Open to site visits if needed
